Taq Antibody is Hot Start PCR with an anti-Taq Antibody that binds to the TAQ enzyme and inhibits DNA polymerase activity. When the product is used for PCR amplification, high temperature denaturing pre-anti-Taq antibody binds to Taq enzyme to inhibit DNA polymerase activity, it can effectively inhibit the non-specific annealing of primers and the non-specific amplification caused by primer dimer at low temperature. Taq Antibody is denatured in the initial DNA denaturation step of PCR reaction and DNA polymerase activity is restored to achieve Hot Start PCR effect.
