Mouse IgG is a purified immunoglobulin (Ig) obtained from a mixture of normal serum purified using a patented separation technique and eventually supplied as a powder after lyophilization. The product is unlabeled and non-specific IgG. The purity of IgG was over 97% by SDS-PAGE analysis.
Phosphate buffer: 0.01 m Phosphate buffer in 0.15 m NaCl.
The mouse IgG did not contain any Protein A or Protein G contamination.
The raw material of the serum has been tested negative for lymphocyte choriomeningitis, ECTROMCLIA virus and epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus.
