Renal disease is a very common disease, and our traditional laboratory tests are mostly based on urinary protein, creatinine, and urea nitrogen. Creatinine and urea nitrogen will not change when the kidney is in early lesions, and will only increase when the kidney function drops to the general level, and creatinine is greatly affected by external factors. A high-protein diet and strenuous exercise will make the body creatinine increase, which can not realize the early diagnosis of kidney injury. HSA, NGAL, and CysC are early and sensitive biomarkers of kidney injury, and their clinical application is helpful to improve the diagnostic level of acute kidney injury (AKI).
